The List - Step Two: Getting Specific

Now that you have had a chance to reflect on the relationships that work best for you - that feel right - now we dial it in further...

Think of relationships you have had in the past that are of the same kind you want to create (but better!). They all had SOME good about them, and it's time to mine them for it.

This time, though, you will be using filters or lenses to find the goodie in each of the following categories (and if you can't find anything, that's ok! Move to the next.):

Health - physical, mental, emotional

Wealth - income, savings, attitudes about money and people with money

Relationships - with family, friends, co-workers, neighbors

Adventure - travel, parties, and anything out of the ordinary

Surroundings - house, stuff, pets

Disposition - mental attitude and outlook

Lifestyle - the pace and nature of their life
