Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers IMPORTANT

All sales are final. This includes digital products, workshops, events, retreats, experiences, coaching services, and small-batch sourdough products. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, travel issues, personal circumstances, or changes in availability.

For in-person events or experiences, registrations may be transferred to another individual with prior written approval, provided notice is given at least 7 days before the event start date. Transfers are subject to availability and logistical constraints.

In the unlikely event that Nancy Tilton Hand / Tilton Seminars, LLC cancels an event or experience, participants will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future offering, at our discretion.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in events, retreats, workshops, or experiential offerings may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to travel, physical activity, food preparation, and group interaction. By participating, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in offerings constitutes acceptance of those changes.
